This conical shaped grinder with 15 settings. We have set the Barista Edition to get a finer grind for the traditional baskets supplied with the Gaggia Classic and other prosumer espresso machines. You will find that the Barista Edition will grind extra fine to get an extraction of 20-30 seconds per fluid ounce but can still be used for grinding beans for your percolator or pour over systems.
