So I’m very happy with the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity Charcoal Barbecue, it ticks so many boxes including converting it into a griddle. With this in mind it seemed rude not to cook an English Breakfast on it, so I did!
There really isn’t much to write about this, you can see what I cooked and how I set the Masterbuilt 800 up to take the griddle. I did set the temperature to 450F (230 C) so that the griddle plate was nice and hot and as you will see it cooked the breakfast perfectly.
Love this barbecue as you can grill, smoke, griddle, bake and roast all on one system which is definitely a winner in my book.
