Description
This is their original kombucha recipe that they enhance with fresh ginger! As with the original booch, they steep their quality organic green tea and ferment it with organic cane sugar over several weeks. The kombucha culture consumes the sugar as part of the fermentation process.
Once they have achieved their desired flavour profile, they then add cold pressed ginger juice, and leave it for a second shorter fermentation giving us delicious and refreshing ginger kombucha, rich in antioxidants and gut healthy organic acids.
Ginger is well known to have anti-inflammatory effects too, so not only is it delicious but good for you!
