70cl, 46% ABV This is what their Master Distiller, Frank McHardy, had to say about their Ex-Bourbon cask whisky:
“Here the spirit has taken on typical golden colour from the Bourbon cask. On the nose there are vanilla aromas as you would expect from a bourbon cask. There are toffee notes on the pallet, Crème Brulé and marsh mallow. It’s very sweet to the taste, almost honeyed” at £59.95 per 70cl bottle.
