This innovative outdoor oven houses everything you need to be in complete control with every use. A 30mm double-layer stone floor with dense cavity insulation gives the Dome the capability of reaching high temperatures, faster than other ovens, and keeps it hotter for longer. The built in digital temperature gauge will give precise readings throughout the oven. Alongside this are two built in meat probes to give accurate temperatures in the middle of your food. When using the Dome as a wood fired oven you can regulate the airflow travelling under the oven by using the air ventilation dial. This will control the heat output from start to finish.

The innovations in the Dome don’t end there. The quick-connect accessory port allows you to attach pioneering accessories to the oven as and when you feel confident to up your game even further. Cold smoking and pellet burning are all possible by simply adding any of these pieces directly to the port at the side of the oven. As well as the quick-connect port, you can add moisture to the oven by adding the Gozney Steam Injector (sold separately). This fantastic device will give you the ability to bake bread with longer rising dough and crispier crusts.

Finally, the Dome features the Gozney Shield. This ceramic bonded outer coating makes the Dome completely durable, water resistant and UV stable. Use your Dome all year round!
