Our Hot Smoker Cabinet is made in our Monmouthshire workshop from high grade steel. Standing at 1.2 meters it provides plenty of space for hot smoking cheese, fish and joints of meat. Just choose your flavour smoking chips and smoke away!
Smoking may be a slower method of cooking but the depth of flavour this gentle cook provides is second to none. Introducing our Hot Smoker Cabinet which stands at 1.2 metres and has five internal smoking shelves at different heights allowing for control over the depth of your smoking flavours. At the top of the cabinet are two steel bars for hanging whatever meat or fish takes your fancy.
There’s no smoke without fire so fill the fire box at the base of the cabinet with seasoned or kiln dried wood to create the heat for your hot smoke. The baffle tray sits above the fire and holds your chosen smoking chips. The air vents placed at the front and rear of the smoker will allow you to increase and reduce the air flow as required, giving the flexibility needed for smoking. The thermostat on the front will allow you to keep an eye on the temperature. Take the control to the next level by using the MEATER Plus thermometer, the thermometer can be placed in a joint of meat and monitored using the app. You will be sure never to over or undercook!
