Yes we went and did it, we had our very own rub blended by Jim Slimm’s BBQ and we are very proud of it. The remit was that we wanted a good all round rub that gave BBQ look and taste, a bit of bark where needed but colour that makes you want to just chow down on your food. To top it all, in our opinion it tastes like BBQ, those warm summer afternoons when you just want some good company, a nice drink and some easy BBQ food.
