Come on down to The Barbecue Shack at midday on Saturday 22nd November and we will show you ways to cook your Christmas Dinner and accoutrements using your Traeger, Kamado, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven.
From turkey to honey roast ham or roasties to Brussel sprouts we’ll have something to show you and maybe a couple of extras thrown in for good measure. Si Gill and Sue Stoneman will be your cooks for this event, both bring a wealth of experience and ideas to this even and of course to you guys.
