The fire table traditions of Spain and South America inspired our Katherine Wheel Dual BBQ. The grill plates wheel up and down, giving you complete control over temperature so that you can raise the bar to cook long and slow, or sear and grill quickly the lower you go. With two independent grills, you can even do both at the same time.

Our Katherine Wheel Dual BBQ is a table top BBQ which gives you the range and control to master live fire cooking. Designed to be used with charcoal or wood, the dual grill plates are wheeled up and down, giving you the versatility to barbecue long and slow, or fast and hot. The grills have both bar and plate areas so that you can sear your steaks, and ensure your veg doesn’t fall in the gaps. The dual grills also allow for separate cooking areas to cater for different diets and a wide array of food. Like all our fire pits and outdoor kitchens, the Katherine Wheel Dual BBQ is made in our UK workshop from British steel. It will weather as it settles into your garden, turning a warm russet colour as it oxidises. The grill plates can be removed for easy cleaning and to store out of the elements.

Maintaining your Asado BBQ

All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish.
