The Chud Box is a direct cooker that has a deep charcoal / wood chamber allowing for the heat to rise gently adding flavour to your food that as you may have guessed runs on charcoal and or wood. The heavy steel construction provides a very stable platform to maintain steady heat, a must for good barbecue.
