The Lamb family has a history with NARFC, Martin used to coach junior rugby whilst Chris and his brother James used to play for junior squads.

The Lamb family has a history with NARFC, Martin used to coach junior rugby whilst Chris and his brother James used to play for junior squads. Chris is still involved with the club organising refs for games, which teams play on which pitches and generally ensuring that fixtures can go ahead. It’s been a long time since Martin picked up a rugby ball but he is very happy to be working in partnership with NARFC to promote a local club in in return promote The Barbecue Shack to the supporters and visitors to the club, after all is there anything better than barbecue, beer and rugby?

This is Chris standing next to one of our boards, he is definitely more photogenic than his dad! So if you are at a loose end during the season pop down and watch a game and support your local team and maybe grab a burger and a drink whilst you are there.
